We believe in the below process because it works.  We can adjust it to suit your needs but typically we find it applicable to most roles we recruit.  We adhere to an open and honest approach and will advise you if we feel we cannot meet your needs based on the current state of the market and our candidate sourcing network.  Our consultants have had careers outside of recruitment and understand the frustrations that can accompany finding and retaining the right people.
Our ProcessMarketing

  1. Receive job brief and organise meeting/phone conference with client to ascertain all dimensions of the role.
  1. Fox Symes Recruitment Terms of Business are agreed upon and signed.
  1. Commence search for up to four suitable candidates which will be presented as a shortlist for interview.  Search methods include free internet advertising, our established database and our referral network.
  1. All candidates are thoroughly interviewed via a behavioural interview process which examines past behaviour and suitability for current role.  All consultants are thoroughly trained in behavioural interviewing techniques.
  1. Upon presentation of the shortlist, the client decides which candidates they would like to interview and interviews are conducted accordingly.
  1. Fox Symes conducts two reference checks on candidates client identifies as suitable for the role.
  1. Offer is made to candidate and upon acceptance and the signing of the contract; Fox Symes’ negotiated fees are paid.
